Busara was engaged by a leading private partner to design a behaviorally informed recruitment process and conduct repeated rounds of field observations for monitoring and refinement.
Busara proposed to offer its expertise in applying behavioral insights to support scaling of EthioChicken’s two new distribution models through designing, testing and evaluation of products and processes. This can be done flexibly, agreeing a focus week by week and with regular reporting in clear deliverable formats to ensure accountability. Support might include, but is not limited to: Full Time Embedded Team Member, Behavioral Strategic Implementation, Live System Evaluation and Analysis, Capacity Building, Partner Identification and Engagement.
