Pooja has served as an Associate with the Busara Center since October, 2018. She has been involved in research and advisory projects testing key behavioural biases in healthcare practices. Her work has given her significant exposure to leveraging social and behaviour change communications to increase the demand for health and financial products. Prior to joining Busara, Pooja worked on skill development and governance-related projects with Federal and State governments in India. Her work with international organisations like UN Women and UNDP has exposed her to rigorous monitoring and evaluation skills in project management for multi-million dollar projects. She holds a Master in Public Administration from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.
