Sharon has served as an Associate at Busara since June 2015. During her time at Busara, Sharon has worked in field research in the East African region, incorporating elements of behavioral foundations with qualitative and quantitative research design. She also has work experience in women's and gender issues among middle income/urban populations. With particular interest in the education sector in Kenya, she is passionate about social development, and understanding the impact of incorporating art-based interventions on critical thinking in child and adult education.
Sharon holds an MSc in Health, Community and Development from The London School of Economics, Department of Psychological and Behavioral Science.
