Nicholas has been at Busara since 2017. As a Senior Research Specialist, Nicholas is responsible for the training program in experimental methods and for generating Busara’s internal research outputs. Since joining, he has worked on and managed projects in Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, India and Kenya on a range of topics including civic engagement, financial behavior, and the relationship between hormones and social behavior. Nicholas has previous experience in small business development and has worked with the Research Unit in Behavioral and Neuroeconomics to apply behavioral science to public policy, specifically in South African schools.
Nicholas has a Masters in Economic Development from the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
